There are no GST charges. All prices are nett.

Design is not included in price quoted. The charge for design is ranging from $60 – $80 regardless of replicating existing design or creating new design.

We currently only offer design services for business cards, letter heads and envelopes. We do not provide design services for flyers, and booklets.

  1. Minimum Resolution: 300 DPI
  2. Maximum Size: 90mm x 54mm (Smaller artworks will be trimmed to fit)
  3. Colour Mode: CMYK

EZ Print accepts a range of different formats. These are: GIF, PNG, JPEG/JPG, DOC, PPT, PDF, AI, PSD.

The physical copy or the scanned copy of the business card is not considered a print ready artwork.

A print ready artwork should be done in high resolution, with the correct artwork size and have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

EZ Print ordering cut off time on Monday to Friday is 5pm.

Any order placed after ordering cut off time , Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday will be proceeded on the next following work day.

We have the following options available

– Mail your cheque to us.

– Make a bank transfer to our company’s OCBC account as stated in the invoice.

– Make Paylah transfer to our company account as stated in the invoice.

On the average, our lead time is as follows:

 

Self inking stamp: 2 – 4 working days

Business cards/Flyers/Letterheads: 5 – 7 Working Days

Booklets/Envelopes/NCR Bill Books: 14 – 21 Working Days

Red Packets: 18 – 20 Working Days

 

Our lead time is subjected to festive season. Please email or call in to check before placing an order

(Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days)

 

Additional finishing requests will increase the lead-time required. (Round Corners, Spot UV, Hot Stamp)

An SMS notification will be sent to you to inform you once your prints are ready.

We are regretful to inform you, we will only proceed with printing once the artwork has been approved and full payment has been received. 

Delivery for business cards are charged at $15/location. Free delivery per location is applicable if order exceeds $150.

Delivery for all other printed materials (booklets, flyers, envelopes .etc) are charged at at $60/location. Free delivery per location is applicable if order exceeds $400.

Collection timing is usually 3pm – 6pm on weekdays. 

Given the nature of offset prints and post production finishing, lead times provide an estimated required time for production. We are unable to cancel the order if it extends beyond the lead time.

A discount up to 5% of the order value may be extended to such orders that take longer than the estimated lead time.

No. the current printing technology is still unable to reach a 100% colour accuracy even it is under the supervision of highly experienced employees.
However, the level of colour difference is subjected to the printing machine each company has.
Other factors that may cause colour deviation:

  • Paper stock – the quality of paper, its surface and brightness can affect the outcome of printing colours.
  • Humidity levels – Damp weather can cause saturation of ink colours.
  • Types of press machines – Different press machines produce different colour results.
  • Monitor displays and colour settings – Unmatched calibration of monitor colour or colour settings (RGB, CMYK) can lead to misrepresentation of final colour output.
